See what happens when kids and mentors get together in our exciting “Career Dreams” program.  Here, mentors help kids create a fanciful costume of who they want to be when they grow up, then show it off in a fun parade.

First, to educate and inspire them, kids try on all sorts of authentic career outfits.  Then, we put the real stuff away and help them create wild and amazing visions of their future self.

On the last day, kids pose in their creations for professional photographers, then march in a big parade through the school.

The children feel pride and joy in their accomplishment, and for some, it’s the first time they ever felt successful.
